RETURNS

We offer a 30-day Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee. This means that if you don't love our products, for any reason, we'll take them back within 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

*Please Note:

  1. The items must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories and documents provided, any used or damaged items are not returnable.
  2. This applies only to items purchased directly on Tourit.com.
  3. The return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer. However, if the product you received is damaged or wrong, you don’t need to pay the cost.
  4. A receipt or proof of your purchase will be required.

If you wish to return a Tourit product, please email us with the full information- service@tourit.com. We’ll process your refund request as soon as possible and provide you with the return address.

Cancellation

You can cancel your orders prior to shipment and will get full refund if the order is canceled successfully.You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Exchange

You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. But due to the timeline for processing exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually don't offer exchanges.

We recommend placing a new order for the item you like and returning your current order for a refund by following the steps above.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the following steps:

First, check your bank account again.

Second, contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
