NOTE:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us in service@tourit.com within 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items.

Please also be noted that the return shipping cost to our warehouse in Asia is the responsibility of the buyer, if the product has not quality problems.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. After the order being cancelled you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tourit.com for any reason, please contact us within the first 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items. This applies only to items purchased directly on Tourit.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Exchange

You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. But due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually don't offer exchanges.

We recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning your current order for a refund following the steps above.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@tourit.com.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

ECOSUSI offers a 15 days limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only, any damages resulting from abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered under our policy.

1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes.
2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to service@tourit.com.
3. If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.
